HISTORY
In 2010, Céréla inc. was created following the purchase of the genetic improvement programs at the Nevico Research Centre, formerly known as Semico. As a result, we acquired a germplasm bank of wheat, barley, oat and soybean lines under evaluation, as well as many registered varieties.

In 2015, after having worked for 5 years at our research site in Ste-Rosalie, we moved our research center to our new facilities in St-Hugues to accommodate our growing business. We now have the proper space to expand our research and development programs.
In 2016, we started a winter wheat improvement program to expand our variety of products to better meet industry demand.
